At Aura De Perfume, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your fragrance, we offer a smooth return and exchange process to help you find the perfect scent.
01. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To qualify for either a return or an exchange, your request must meet the following conditions:

Timeframe: You must initiate the request within 14 days of delivery.

Product Condition: The fragrance must be mostly unused (at least 95% of the liquid remaining).

Packaging: The product must be in its original packaging and condition.

Exclusions: Items purchased on sale are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

03. DELIVERY CHARGES & REFUNDS

Standard Requests: Customers are responsible for the delivery charges associated with sending the product back for a return or exchange.

Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or leaking, Aura De Perfume will cover all delivery costs to replace it.

Refund Details: Original delivery charges from your initial order are strictly non-refundable. Refunds are issued only after the product passes inspection.
