How long do Aura perfumes last?
Our perfumes typically last 12 to 18 hours, depending on your skin type, weather and application.
Are Aura perfumes suitable for everyday use?
Yes. Our fragrances are designed for daily wear as well as special occasions.
Can I return my order?
Yes. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
How should I apply perfume for the best results?
Spray on pulse points like your wrists, neck and behind the ears. Avoid rubbing the fragrance after applying.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across most cities in Pakistan, along with secure online payment options.
What does "impression of" mean?
An impression is a fragrance inspired by a well-known designer perfume. It is composed to capture the character of the original at a fraction of the price. Aura is not affiliated with the original brands.
Which sizes are available?
Every scent comes in 30ml (Rs. 1,999) and 50ml (Rs. 3,299).
Orders & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Domestic orders arrive in 2 to 3 business days and out-of-city orders in 3 to 5 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, tracking details are sent to your registered contact information. You can also message us on WhatsApp at 0325 1792929 with your order number.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order details and photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
